your home. Throughout Santa Clarita it's about a five-month inventory, but in
Acton and Agua Dulce, nearly a 17 month inventory. And if Distaso has his way, you can change your city code
to Palmdale.

Valencia: 5.3 months
Saugus: 4.6 months
Canyon Country: 5.4 months
Castaic: 5.6 months
Newhall: 6.1 months
Acton/Agua Dulce: 16.8 months
