3-18-06 Some people may not have heard that I have been in the hospital with pneumonia. This accounts for the lack of any posting on the web site. I am better and will be getting back to more information for the community, particularly concerning the corrupt school board now controlled by Kathy Howald. It is interesting how she controls the school board and all the committees even though her name did not appear on the ballot.
3-18-05 At the State Allocation Board hearing on March 22, the district withdrew the Kathy's Clowns' hardship application. Their vision to use the money to build a gym and more sports facilities has reached a dead end. The district spent $10,000 lobbying plus an unknown amount of expenses.
I would assume the next thing you hear out of them is another bond in November to build more sports facilities.
The fact that Vasquez fell even farther behind in the API test results seems of little interest to the Kathy's Clowns party. It's interesting they plan to spend more money to interview the few kids that attend the high school and the high school staff on how to create a master plan for the community.
They continue to ignore the parents who are smart enough to pull their kids out of high school and the community members who disagree with their vision of a high school. They are simply yanked off the committees and threatened with arrest because they clearly state their disapproval with the corrupt group controlled by Kathy Howald.

It is also interesting to note the extremely good performance of Meadowlark versus a disastrous performance by Vasquez. 90 percent of the buildings at Meadowlark are modular, yet the school's performance is spectacular.
The Clowns claim the failure at Vasquez is because there are modular buildings, and they want us to pass a $20-30 million bond so the school will be of "better quality".
The answer is firing the High School administrators and recalling the Clowns portion of the school board. Start spending 100% of the state money on education and moving the sports program to a volunteer community funded program.
