Here is a letter we sent reminding them to provide documents submitted to board for their action as required by law (54957.5).
Bandaras claimed this time he did not get the FAX. Of course we have the confirmation of the school's receipt in our files. He then ignored the law and the hand delivered copy of our request
What is he trying to hide? Probably the fact with the reduced enrollment he does not need to build and school and the bonds are just part of his scam.

Acton-Agua Dulce Unified School District Dr. Don
Banderas, Superintendent of Schools
PO Box 68 Acton, CA 93510 Via Fax 661 269-0849
I am making a formal request for a copy of each and every document, E-mail, and writing which has been distributed to the board of trustees from the close of the last meeting through tonight's meeting.
I specifically want a copy of the E-mail Trustee Barofsky committed to provide each trustee concerning his proposed school restructuring.
Documents that exist in electronic form anywhere within the district's computers are to be proved to me in the electronic form in which they exist.
I will be at the meeting tonight to pick up the documents and files.
The authority for the request is in the Brown Act as reproduced below:
54957.5. (a) Notwithstanding Section 6255 or any other provisions of law, agendas of public meetings and any other writings, when distributed to all, or a majority of all, of the members of a legislative body of a local agency by any person in connection with a matter subject to discussion or consideration at a public meeting of the body, are disclosable public records under the California Public Records Act (Chapter 3.5 (commencing with Section 6250) of Division 7 of Title 1), and shall be made available upon request without delay. However, this section shall not include any writing exempt from public disclosure under Section 6253.5, 6254, or 6254.7.
