Surplus Property committees indexDear Surplus Property Committee Members,
Tonight, [8-5-04] the Board tabled the Surplus Property Committee Report.
On August 16, 2004 at 6:30p.m. at Meadowlark School, there will be a final meeting of the Surplus Property Committee. Per recommendations from legal counsel, that meeting will consist of a single item agenda, which will be a vote on the contents of the Surplus Property Report as it has been presented. A copy of the agenda is attached. You are encouraged to post this notice for public review as you feel is appropriate.
The Board will be meeting on August 17, 2004 at 7:30p.m. to receive the vote results from the committee.
If the August 16 meeting is unsuccessful in yeilding a final report to the Board of Trustees, the Board will appoint a new Surplus Property Committee at the August 17 meeting.
