Acton Agua Dulce Unified School District Surplus Committee Minutes for the August 16, 2004 Meeting

Linda Wagner opened the meeting at 6:35 PM

Members attending: Ron Bird, Sheila Cook, Max Duran, Charles, Brink, Michael Hughes, Leona Sexton, Gar Smith and Jeannie Wright

Item on agenda: approve draft Surplus Property Committee Report

After some discussion, it was decided that further information was required and further discussion was necessary for the committee to come to a final conclusion as to surplus property. Seven out of eight members in attendance expressed the concern that further discussion was needed.

Thus Michael Hughes made a motion to adjourn. The meeting was adjourned without the committee taking a vote regarding approving the Surplus Property Committee Report.
