It is not up to the board or the superintendent to set the agenda for the committee.
It is an independent committee appointed by the board which sets its own agenda.
It is not a rubberstamp for the board. Your direct statement is "if we do not vote for the report as you have written it you will have the board replace us".
I would appreciate any case law or code that your council has as to the schools authority to set the agenda, write the report or appoint a new committee if we do not vote for your report as you have dictated it to us.
I also find it strange that you have notified only 6 members of the committee. I have sent this to all members, the local media and the board
As there 11 members of the committee it will take 6 votes to pass any motion
