8-1-04 - By Ron Bird Here are my comments
regarding surplus property. I do not presume this a dissenting opinion nor is it
a majority opinion, since no formal vote was taken or any serious in-depth
discussions undertaken by the committee.

7-21-04 Note this written by Dr Linda Wagner and was handed out to
the 5 committee members that attended an unannounced (except via E-mailto the
committee) meeting on 7-21-04. It appears that she has made the decision of what
property is surplus without a committee vote and action by the board.

I'm confident this community won't hesitate for a moment to step up to the plate

reasonable and justifiable taxation.

2-8-04 During the School Board meeting on 2-8-04 the majority of the school
board agreed that because of the continuing declining enrollment, the Acton
School would have to be closed even if the bond passed.
2-6-04 See the community
plan that meets the savings asked for by the board and works whether
the bond passes or fails again.
1-27-04 The prior school board and the superintendent have caused the

The School district has established Three site committees since it unified. The first run by Duzsick as part of the Sun political committee to get elected. A second committee was formed by the school after the recall. This was before SUN bought a majority on the School Board by the unprecedented spending on a local election and the backing of the teachers union who were rewarded with a 14% back salary increase and a new 10% raise.
See all the reports except the new one which the site committee refuses to provide in electronic form to up load. I guess Duzsick and Durain does not want you to read the lies.

information on "the deal" the board is making with
spears and against the community.
