Facilities Committee Agenda for the May 23, 2005 Meeting Agenda

As the meeting schedules for 5-15-05 was terminated when Larry Layton pointed out that the agenda was not posted on the fence at the district and new meeting is schedules for Monday the 23 At The Acton School staff longe at our regular time of 7 pm.

Some Basic Ground Rules: To encourage the free expression of ideas and should establish the open forum as an item on the agenda. As a convention, people may engage each other in discussion, but only two at a time. If a third or fourth party wishes to jump in they are encouraged to hold their comments until they are recognized. All discussions and disagreements should be aired in a spirit of community. The open forum is an attempt to give all ideas voice to better find solutions to enhance the facilities that house the learning environment.

2.4 Action - Conduct election for a replacement Chairperson for our committee

2.5 Action - Approve Resolution urging the school board to adopt a method of adding committee members to the existing 5 members appointing by the board uniformly to all advocatory committees.

2.6 Action Approve the mid term plan for school facilities us based on the Budget Committee request and discussion of our committee

2.7 Action Approve our formal presentation at the 5-26-05-board meeting.

2.8 Discussion - A long term plan the district including the completion of Vasquez High School..
