Acton Agua Dulce Unified School District School Environmental, Public Records Act and Brown Act issues

At the 8/5/2004 board meeting various documents were referred to which have a bearing on the TRO and the grading issue.

I am making a request for these documents and even though they Are referred to at the board meeting, to expedite the matter, I am willing to pay the 10 cent per page fee from the funds you have on deposit from me.

Here are the items

"The project", when it was approved, for the additions and changes at Meadowlark and High Desert.

The specific approval and date by the board for the school district to bring legal action against PK.

Leona Sexton stated in her comment that the school has given her a copy of a 2002 EIR that replaced or supplemented the 1999 document. I would like a copy of this along with any other environmental documents concerning Vasquez High to date.

She additionally stated that the school board had applied for a grading permit and indicated that you, Linda Wagner, told her the permit had been approved. Any documents relating to this

Lastly, the board has had a long-standing policy to stop the public from name calling each other. At this board meeting you allowed Lenoa Sexton’s husband, over my objection, to call me and Ron Bird terrorists. Making what amounts to be a major criminal charge these days in public, with what appears to be board acquiescence, creates possible both civil and criminal liability for the board and the speaker. Since his wife has been described as a major supporter of the school, I am hoping you will have some influence with her. I am suggesting that you, as a representative of the board, convince him to apologize in a written statement. He is perfectly welcome to substitute non-criminal negative comments instead. This will wind this down, because you don’t even want to go, where that statement, along with the board’s acceptance of it, will take you.
