LA County Planning refuses to allow Dick Lang and the "independent" water truckers to continue operating under a "Clean Hands" letter.

10-3-03 The Agua Dulce Town Clowncil meet privately with various county agencies to allow Lang to continue pumping water from "downtown" Agua Dulce. Lang was selling to water truck drivers, mostly driving non potable grading water trucks, to deliver to residents as drinking water and directly charge for the water.

Permitted potable water delivery companies such as Carson and Bigdipper in Acton (who will deliver to Agua Dulce) have special health department approved trucks for potable water use only.

NOTE potable water means drinking water. Non potable water is not safe to drink and can range from clean? water to reclaimed sewage.

The question is what was in the truck before they loaded your water and where did your water come from?
