Members Only Event, on July 26. A special evening is planned at the home of Bev and John Anderson. In addition to the dinner, there will be a Wine Tasting by the Antelope Valley Winery. It was suggested that the entrees come from Rattler’s, with a members potluck for the remaining dinner items. The Antelope Valley Winery will be giving a presentation at the July general meeting in order to prepare members and enhance publicity.
New Business:
Nancy Young, 1st Vice-President: Nancy agreed to draft a letter in response to the Agua Dulce Town Council’s letter regarding support to the Water Stewardship Committee, The letter will mention the non-political status of the Women’s Club. We would also like the Committee to know that we are informing our members for their individual responses by fax or letter to Larry Kolb with the California Regional Water Quality Control Board. Nancy chaired part of this meeting, and Geri Dee did not participate in the discussion.
