An inspection was conducted at 33638 Agua Dulce Canyon Rd, Agua Dulce, CA to determine compliance with the provisions of Temporary Use Permit 04-171(5). Violations were noticed. Please note Condition numbers 2, 3, 5, 8, 11 and 12 which state that:
2. It is hereby declared to be the intent that if any provision of this permit is held or declared to be invalid, the permit shall be void and the privileges granted hereunder shall lapse;
3. It is further declared and made a condition of this permit that if any condition hereof is violated or if any law statute or ordinance is violated, this permit shall be suspended and the privileges granted hereunder shall lapse;
5. That the arrangement of all activities shall be substantially consistent with the approved Plot Plan (Exhibit “A”);
8. That the fireworks show shall comply with all safety measures set forth and required by the Fire Department or other affected agencies;
11. That adequate security is maintained before, during and after the event to the satisfaction of the County Sheriff's Department and/or other affected law enforcement agencies; and
12. The operator of the event shall provide additional security as required and determined by the County Sheriff's Department or other affected agencies for the duration of the event.
Please be advised that this Department is preparing a report to be submitted to the Los Angeles County District Attorney's Office for evaluation and appropriate action. Section 22.60.340 makes it a misdemeanor to violate the conditions of any permit.
