8-1-05 Here is the court's Judgment
that the Agua Dulce Town Council is subject to the Brown Act, as this paper has
been claiming for years. We have to thank the "Friends of Wayne" for
funding this action to force the council to operate in public.
7-25-05 RIP - The Fried-Dusick Agua Dulce Town Council is
dead!
As The Agua Dulce Town Council still refuses to provide either minutes, agendas or their documents for the public, we are pleased that a community member has provided this summary of their meeting to publish.
Their website is poorly updated and includes little real data.
Our question for these self-proclaimed "leaders".You cannot claim to represent the public when you do not inform the public about your actions! You have not voluntarily adopted the appropriate sections of the Election Code, Public Meetings Act (the Brown Act), the Public Records Act, Campaign Contribution Discloser, and the Financial Interest Disclosure rules.
Real elected representatives have to do this - why are you allowed to claim you represent the community when you fail to disclose relevant information?

Dulce met on 1-22-97. The Womans club, run by Jerry Dee, has thrown the real Agua Dulce
Town Council out of their meeting place. The funny story is at 8 pm the car count in the
parking lot was 10. If you add their publicists, Lillian Smith, that leaves few cars for
supporters.
The Outlaw town council in Agua Dulce met on 1-8-96 and had
14 persons attending. This included the 6 so called council persons, Lillian Smith (their
mentor) and three representatives from transit mix supporting their strip mine. That
leaves 4 others, which demonstrates total lack of community support for this fake
group
12-14-96 The Real Agua Dulce Town Council
rebuilds, serving notice, to those who have quit the elected council and violated
the charter, to rejoin or they will be replaced under the charter.
