The Vanguard's request for Agendas and Minutes

Request for Minutes and agendas were requested for the supposed Agua Dulce Town Council from its alleged president Feuerhelm 7-14, 7-21, 8-14, 8-28 and 9-10-97. No response has been ever been received to 11-15-97.This indicates their do not want the community to know what they are doing. This group has destroyed representative government and now operates a gang, working in secret for their own ends. This same group along with Rick Curtis has also shut down the Civic. The Nature Center operates as Art Brewer's private club. The Water Committee is Smith own fiefdom. All these groups operate as if they were a branch of the Chamber of Commerce. This those of you who like this, than trade with the Chambers members. For those of you who do not like what they are doing then boycott the Agua Dulce Chamber Members.

Will you please provide agendas and minutes for your town council meetings as you post them?

We will publish them on the Internet just as they are received. We would also like copies of all your minutes since November 1996 to post.

If you can provide them as E-mail messages, it would facilitate posting and reducing errors, as they would be electronically transmitted. In the alternative, FAX or mail can be used.

As your proposal for the well protections program states, under the public education section that information will be "published in local media" we would like to publish them without charge.

You may be aware that we have published the full proposal on 7-12-97 by scanning in a copy from the regional board after Lillian Smith refused to provide a copy. Smith has only published five of the 27 chapters in her advertiser as of today (7-12-97). Check here If you want to see a copy of the full proposal. and for the Council Minutes up to 11-4-96.

As you know, Smith does not publish your agenda or minuets.

While you may intensely dislike my paper, it is an adjudicated newspaper. We all agree that if you are operating in public your agendas and minutes need to be made public.

Thank you very much.
