Agua Dulce Vote per the Election committee
The Water vote was not counted but looked to be about 200 ballots. The election committee states they will turn the water votes, uncounted, over to Lillian Smith and bypass the Elected Council.
The Council voted to declare Mike Sullivan not qualified as he was not a registered voter in Agua Dulce of a year as required by the charter.
