Dear Mr. Annin:
Your are correct in your understanding that the conditions contained in Special Use Permit No. 1404 (SP 1404) are those governing operation of your Airpark. Special Use Permit No. 1352 (SP 1352) was superseded by SP 1404 and is no longer applicable. A copy of
the conditions contained in SP 1404 are enclosed for your convenience
Unfortunately the record pertaining to the Commissions consideration of SP 1404 is extensive, the transcript of the Commissions. August 31, 1959 hearing on the matter being seventy-two (72) pages alone. The file is however, a public record open to review at anytime. Further, should you find documents therein of interest, copies may be obtained at very reasonable cost.
