SUBJECT: Special Use Permit No. 1404-(5)
Dear Applicant:
Your application for a Revised Exhibit "A" to the above-mentioned permit filed on May 27, 2004 is not substantially consistent with the site plan approved originally by the Regional Planning Commission and the conditions of approval. The request will be denied unless the following corrections are made to the proposed site plan:
Relocate the proposed access road and tie down area to the north of the
runway.
Depict all designated tie down areas and note which hangers are to be
removed.
Indicate which hangers (existing and proposed) are allocated for storage,
maintenance and services purposes.
No more than 55 storage hangers with a combined area of 92,000 square
feet are allowed.
No more than 6 service/maintenance hangers with a combined area of 72,000
square feet are allowed.
Indicate the height of the proposed and existing hangers.
Provide landscaping along the north and west boundary of the existing
residence.
All new developments must be within the boundaries Special Permit No.
1404, delineated the attached property description on the site plan
(Attachment).
All hangers will be painted a neutral grey-green color.
All new storage hangers must be located southwesterly of the existing
northernmost storage hangers.
Please note that all new developments are subject to the approval of County, State and Federal Aviation Agencies prior to the issuance of building permit.
