2) Appointment of Committee Chairs and New Election Committee Coordinator for the 2006 year.

2) Correspondence to be written or sent.

3. Treasurer's Report:
1) Bank Account information.
2) Set schedule of payments for Council's outstanding debts.

Open Forum: Notice of Time allotted - 30 MINUTES- Please Limit Comments to three minutes per person. All speakers must wait to be called upon, address the Council from the podium, and identify themselves by name and place of residence. The ADTC may address an Open Forum issue when it is brought up, and reserves the discretion to agenize the issue for a future ADTC meeting.

1. Appoint Representative to Regional Planning Commission to address Council's position on the Trails Plan.

2. Consider community member Jeff Pierce's request for the formation of an ADTC Ethics Committee.

3. Consider formation of an ADTC Airport Committee

Old Business

1. Complaint against R. Hall by community member Loraine Cangiano Re: E-mail written by R. Hall which is alleged to be an insult to the Cangiano Family.

2. Complaint against D. Holland as Election Committee chair brought by community members K. Kirkwood, P. Overall, & J. Jennings Re: alleged actions taken by the Election Chair during the last election.
