| REPORT FROM SHERIFF'S DEPARTMENT | Deputy David Jennings reported that he will no longer be the official liaison with the ADTC. That job will be taken over by the COPS representative(s). Money has been approved to continue the OHRV educational effort. | ||

| Treasurer Amended | Ramona Hall, Treasurer, reported that she could not prepare a final Treasurer's Report of the ADTC 2005 since a December bank statement had not been received. She provided an interim report through December 14th. By consensus, the final ADTC 2005 Treasurer's Report was tabled until January. Mary Johnson objected to payment of $1,000.00 in attorney fees without approval of the Town Council Members . Ramona reported that a bill had been received from the Agua Dulce/Acton Country Journal in the amount of $147.00 for the tip-ins for the Bylaws Revisions Committee. By consensus, the Council agreed to pay the Country Journal the $147.00 as agreed. Ramona also stated that the Agua Dulce Women's Club has offered the Council free use of the Women's Clubhouse in 2006. | By consensus By consensus Information only | |
| COMMITTEE REPORTS | |||
| Bylaws Revisions Committee | A copy of the Agua Dulce Town Council Charter and newest version of the Council's Bylaws were presented to the 2006 Council members. Diane Terito, Bylaws Revisions Committee Chair, provided a final report dated December12th for the BRC in writing via email to the Council. The report included Mrs. Terito's resignation as Chair of the BRC. | Information only | |
| Election Committee | Dee Holland, Election Committee Chair, provided a copy of the Audit Report at the ADTC meeting of November 22nd. She provided a written report, the taped box of election committee materials, and a separate envelope containing the video tape of the ballot counting. | Farewell to Retiring ADTC Members | Andrew Fried, President of the ADTC, introduced the distinguished guests who had traveled to Agua Dulce to say goodbye to the retiring members. ADTC Member Eric Harnett was absent but will receive scrolls presented to him in absentia. Robert (Bob) Kellar - City Council member and past Mayor of the City of Santa Clarita. Councilman Kellar presented scrolls of Special Recognition from the City of Santa Clarita City Council to Mr. Fried and Mrs. Terito. Linda R. Lambourne, Field Representative to Howard P. “Buck” McKeon, Member of Congress, 25th District, California; Ms. Lambourne presented a Certificate of Special Congressional Recognition to Mr. Fried and Ms. Terito, as well as a flag flown over the Congressional building in Washington, D.C., to Mr. Fried. Ms. Lambourne also presented Certificates of Recognition from Senator George Runner, California State Senate, 17th Senate District Millie Jones, Senior Deputy to Supervisor Michael Antonovich, Los Angeles County, Fifth District. Ms. Jones presented hand painted Commendations from the Supervisor, and Certificates of Recognition from Assemblyman Keith S. Richman, M.D., 38th Assembly District, California State Legislature. Mr. Dave MCord, Agua Dulce resident, presented Mrs. Terito with a basket of fall flowers in appreciation for her many efforts. | Information only | |

Seating of new ADTC 2006 members |
Linda R. Lambourne, Field Representative to Howard P. “Buck” McKeon, Member of Congress, 25th District, California, introduced the new members of the ADTC and administered the oath of office to:. Mr. Ze Gonzales Mrs. Mary Johnson Mr. Donal MacAdam Mrs. Peg Spry The new members joined continuing members - Mr. Rich Dyer, Mr. Mark Flath, and Mrs. Ramona Hall - at the Council table. New name plates, as well as two Agua Dulce Town Council banners were donated by Mr. Doc Ellis, former Town Council member and Treasurer. The Council expressed its deep gratitude to Mr. Ellis for his continuing generosity. | Information only | |
| BREAK | 8:12 p.m. - President Fried called for a break to enjoy refreshments provided by Diane Terito. Following the break, the members of the ADTC 2006 took their seats at the Council table. | ||

Fred Brown: Coussoulis Development would like to move its' presentation from Jan.11, 2006 to March 8, 2006. Lorene Cangiano: Reminded the TC that she wants to have her complaint against TC Member Ramona Hall agenized for the TC Meeting of Jan. 11, 2006 Lorene Cangiano: spoke as member of Bylaws Committee and expressed her feelings that the hard work of many months should not be changed or ignored. Dave McCord: Reminded the TC that the removal of Election Committee Chair must be by majority vote of the TC and in accordance with the Charter provisions. | Information Only | |
