1. CUP 03-329 / TR 060-464. 56 single family lots on 83.96 acres. Adjacent and north of Cedral.
2. Gill Gonzalez from cingular wireless will present their cell site plan for crown valley rd and Shannon valley rd. the hearing is scheduled for 9/21/04.
3. Project # CUP 03-264/ tr 49042. Proposed 27 homes on 54.2 acres. This project is on the north side of valley sage road and west of puritan mine road in Acton.
4. LA County is purchasing approx. 650 acres, north of Acton and south of Palmdale. This is a property tax default. It maybe used in the future for recreational use. the possible uses include: off road vehicle park, shooting range, nudest park, etc.
Note: Sept. 20th regular meeting will have the Dept. of Public Works to discuss
